My wife, two children, and I recently moved to Chicago to start a new church. Before our first service, I read Pastor Prince’s book titled, Grace Revolution, for some encouragement. Learning truths about God’s grace and the finished work of Jesus rekindled a passion inside me to preach the gospel.

Then, the Lord brought people who had not been to church before into our midst. As they heard preaching about God’s grace and the power of the cross, they responded by receiving Jesus into their lives.

Also, many first-time visitors are giving financially to the church without being asked. A new believer even brought donuts from a gourmet donut shop during his second visit as a thank-you gift for the grace message. Another first-time visitor heard that we were moving into a new apartment and offered his truck to help us move.

What Pastor Prince preaches is absolutely true—when people hear the message of grace, they do not continue to live in sin. In fact, they are so overwhelmed by God’s abundant grace and love that they can’t help but show gratefulness and graciousness.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your encouragement through your book. I will continue to learn and preach about the Lord’s grace and sacrifice on the cross!
