Pastor Prince, I’m a 33-year-old from Miami, Florida. I had been struggling with pornography, sexual immorality, and idol worship for 25 years. In fact, I had been addicted to pornography since I was 8.

Through the years, I tried many religions in search of an answer to my struggles. But after 2 failed relationships and one beautiful daughter, I started using women for sex and pleasure.

When my relationship with my daughter’s mother took a turn for the worse, I wanted God to do the impossible by restoring our relationship. I became a Christian and went to church, but I kept receiving laws: you can’t do this, you can’t do that…

Eventually, I ran away from church and from God. But I continued to give thanks to God every morning and pray. Although I believed my prayers were being heard, I knew I was still missing something.

When I lost my job, I prayed for an amazing new one and I was hired 3 months later with better pay, less stress, and less demanding responsibilities than my previous job. I even met an amazing female colleague who loves Jesus very much and who kept praying for me.

But I kept confessing to my friends “this is over the moment she leaves,” and true enough, she found an incredible job that same week and left. This made me hit rock bottom and I turned to God. I told Him I was done and tired with my sins and wanted His will to be done in my life.

A few months later, my friend brought my attention to your ministry. Although I was not in the mood, I decided to follow his advice by hearing your teachings day in, day out. Within weeks, my 25-year pornography addiction broke! This was made possible by hearing the Word preached instead of depending on my own strength.

As I continued to hear your messages, I learned that bad things had happened to me because of negative confessions I had made. I also learned how to see what God is doing in my life—by simply looking at what the enemy is doing and visualizing the opposite.

Today, I neither go to places that tempt me with sin nor indulge in pornography. Instead, I read and hear your resources all day, every day. I enjoy your books even though I didn’t like reading much before. Your teachings help me understand the Bible so much better.

Not only that, God’s love has been changing me from the inside out. I’ve improved in every area of my life, such as being a better father to my child. My relationship with my daughter’s mother has also improved 100 percent. We no longer argue over everything.

I’m so thankful for everything God has done—and will continue to do—in my life. I thank Jesus for being my trespass offering and I’m standing firm in His Word for a 120 percent restoration in my life. I’m very thankful that God is well pleased with me, His beloved child, and that my righteousness is in Christ.
