Freed from Depression Symptoms
I was diagnosed with clinical depression 3 years ago. Each week, the dosage of my medication kept going up. I was not able to meet anyone or go to work as I would suffer from anxiety attacks.
Two months ago, I stopped taking my medication out of frustration. Due to that, I started experiencing vertigo and nausea every time I woke up, and would break into cold sweat occasionally. Whenever I moved my head abruptly, I would also experience shock sensations and have headaches.
Almost every Sunday, a friend of mine would text me, reminding me to tune in to Pastor Prince’s sermon. I would thank her, but would often forget to tune in. On Sunday, 26 July, my friend texted me again. I was feeling exhausted from the symptoms I experienced, and on top of that, I had to run an errand. However, when I returned home, I decided to tune in—something I had not done in 2 years.
At the end of the service, Pastor Prince prayed for healing over someone suffering from depression and who has been struggling with his or her medication. He also added that this person does not usually tune in. I broke down, and immediately felt a warmth flowing through my body. That prayer felt like it was exactly for me.
After I stopped crying, I realized that my nausea, vertigo, and headaches were gone! I also felt a huge weight lift off my chest. Since then, I’ve been taking the holy Communion daily and claiming healing over my depression. Now, I am completely off my medications, and the symptoms have not returned. I no longer experience panic attacks or deep dips in my mood. I’m also able to socialize with friends.
It has been more than 3 years since I felt this sense of joy in my life!
