Pastor Prince, I grew up in a Christian family and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at age ten. My father is a reverend in church and my parents raised me up in the ways of the Lord. However, soon after high school, I was exposed to pornography through late-night cable television. Thus began my battle with pornography and lust.

For three years, I struggled with pornography addiction that kept me in guilt and shame. The more I tried to resist it, the worse it became. I also believed it put a distance between me and God, so I got hold of several Christian resources to help me win the war against the lust of my flesh.

Not only that, I would pray long prayers and perform extreme measures to fight my addiction. After trying tirelessly, I eventually stopped watching pornography. But my efforts slackened after a year and I fell back into the same sin again. This left me feeling very disheartened.

Fortunately, I met a friend who had been freed from pornography through your teaching resources. He introduced me to your ministry and I began listening to your messages. Although I struggled to understand them at first, your words resonated with my spirit and I could not stop listening.

I heard your sermons over and over again and read your books, Destined to Reign and The Power of Right Believing. Then, it finally hit me—that regardless of my imperfections, I am still complete and righteous in Christ. I kept confessing and believing this truth even when my addictions seemed to get worse.

I also listened to praise reports in your resources and followed what the testimony givers did to break free from their bondages. In a matter of time, my addiction disappeared effortlessly, just like that! God’s way really works!

I’ve not returned to pornography for more than a year now and I’ve never felt more at peace and rest. I know with certainty that my breakthrough was not due to my efforts but resting entirely in the blood and finished work of my Lord Jesus. This frees me to share my testimony happily.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your ministry. I’ve gotten hold of more of your resources and they have been a blessing to me.
