Getting Green Card Easy Because Of God’s Favor
I’m a pastor from India and my wife and I are here in the United States for immigration purposes.
A couple of weeks ago, I was listening to Pastor Joseph Prince’s sermons on grace and favor before we had our main interview for my green card. People were scaring us with their views of the process. They were telling us that the immigration officers were going to ask us tough questions, then separate us and interrogate us again through a different procedure.
I did not heed what they said. After listening to Pastor Prince’s sermons and having spent time praying, we went for the interview knowing that God’s favor was on us.
To our surprise, the immigration officer did not ask us any questions about our marriage. We shared about our ministry and that was more than enough. He looked at us, congratulated us and walked us out.
When we told people what happened, they were in disbelief. In fact, many of them had to go back for a second interview, but we didn’t have to do that. In addition, we were told by people and the immigration officer that my green card would come in three to six months’ time. It came in seven days. What a mighty God we serve!
