I was jobless for eight months but I trusted God for a job. During that period, I would remind myself of a testimony in one of Pastor Prince’s daily devotionals—it was about a church member who went through unemployment for six months, and was eventually offered a senior position in a renowned company, receiving double his previous salary.

The same thing happened to me! I was headhunted by an agency that offered me a job interview with one of the largest companies in the United Kingdom. They also offered me double the salary of my previous employment—the highest in my career to date!

I would also like to share that I had been suffering from depression and suicidal tendencies for over eighteen years. Due to my condition, I was unable to hold down a full-time job with a decent salary for over a decade.

Then I began partaking of the Holy Communion daily as it reminded me of my Lord Jesus, my identity in Him, and what He had done for me at the cross. I would declare the divine exchange at the cross where He took my sins, depression, sickness, and death, and gave me His love, forgiveness, life, health, peace, righteousness, and wholeness.

Today, my depression is completely gone and I can’t remember the last time I had suicidal thoughts. My ten-year marriage is also at its best—my husband and I pray together every day and we are experiencing a togetherness like never before.

Thank You, Jesus, for Your amazing grace, favor, love, and goodness. And thank you, Pastor Prince, for obeying your call to preach the true gospel that sets people free!
