Pastor Prince, I’m excited to share with you the great healing our Father has provided for my husband, Mark.

In January 2012, during a routine checkup following a brain bleed, Mark’s doctor told us Mark had indeed progressed much further than she expected. However, based on his latest brain scan as well as scans from his hospital stay 14 months earlier, she explained to us that Mark had Alzheimer’s disease. She went on to tell us that Mark should “get his affairs in order” and to begin to plan to retire permanently from his job.

Needless to say, this was a huge shock to us—one that neither of us was ready or willing to accept. But we truly gave the situation to God. There is much to say about the journey our Lord took us on, one that included your teaching as confirmation of what we believed we were hearing from Him.

Our Daddy God gave us faith, hope, and such peace during those dark times as we began to really trust Him with every aspect of our lives. It was through Scripture and your messages about the holy Communion that prompted us to begin taking the Communion at home on a regular basis. We believe that was when our future began to brighten.

Mark didn’t return to the doctor for 4.5 years. The Lord was preparing us to move during the spring of 2016 and we knew another visit to the doctor was in order before we left town. Mark underwent another MRI and we met with his neurosurgeon to hear her latest assessment.

As she studied the scan, she looked quite perplexed before she said, “I’m looking at a very healthy brain. There is no Alzheimer’s disease here. I’m removing that diagnosis completely from your medical records.”

Mark is healed! Hallelujah!

Leaving the doctor’s office that day was very different from the prior visit. You’d think we jumped for joy but we didn’t. Instead we were very calm. Yes, there was much joy and we thanked the Lord many times. But the truth is, we weren’t surprised. We had learned so much through the storm and already knew how good God is!

We praise Jesus Christ daily! He is the reason for every good thing in our lives including you, Pastor Prince! We are so thankful that the Lord gave us ears to hear the truth you speak each day. To God be the glory!
