Intense Migraine Gone After Taking Communion

In 2009, I began to suffer from an intense, continuous migraine that I would experience even in my sleep. It came about as a result of a traumatic emotional experience that I had gone through.

Whenever the migraine came, I would take an aspirin for it. However, it only “went away” for a few hours, but it was always there with varying levels of throbbing pain. Sometimes, it would be intense and other times, it would be just a dull ache at the center of my head, but it was ALWAYS THERE. For over two years, I prayed about it.

In the same year, I began to read Pastor Prince’s book, Destined To Reign, and listen to his sermons. The migraines continued until the middle of 2011, when I listened to Pastor’s Prince sermon on receiving healing through the Holy Communion.

I hadn’t been to church in months because I was looking for a new church. When I finally found a church, on the very first Sunday that I attended, they were having Communion. I remember that as I took the Communion, I asked the Lord to heal me so that I may prosper in health even as my soul prospers.

Two days later, I woke up in the morning to discover that the headache was gone. Throughout the day, I would stop to see if it was really gone, only to realize that there was no trace of pain whatsoever.

After five days of perplexity and awe, I had to finally acknowledge that it really wasn’t coming back, and I have not had it since. Because of receiving God’s gift of unmerited favor through Jesus, so many miracles have happened and continue to happen in my life. Glory to God!
