Lost Wallet Returned In Mailbox After Three Days
One time, my daughter had to stop for gas while driving home from work. Upon reaching home, she realized her wallet was missing. It contained her driver’s license, debit card, our family’s credit card, several gift cards, cash, and her social security card. We looked inside and outside the car but it was nowhere to be found.
We drove back to the gas station to look for it and spoke to the gas station attendant, but the wallet could not be found. By the time we returned home, we felt tense about the situation and continued searching inside the car till midnight.
The next morning, we decided that my daughter should obtain a replacement driver’s license and social security card. As she was worried about identity theft and credit card fraud, I encouraged her to pray Psalm 91 over her situation. She also reminded herself of her identity in Christ—righteous, loved, protected, and cared for by the Father.
Three days after the wallet had gone missing, we found it in our mailbox completely intact! Not one penny, gift card, or any other item had been taken from it. Immediately, we thanked God for His protection and restoration.
While reflecting on this amazing recovery, we remembered that Jesus’ identity was questioned at the cross so that my daughter’s valuable identity in Him would never be questioned. Everything she needed, such as the restoration of her wallet, had already been provided for at the cross. We’re so thankful for God’s protection promises in Psalm 91 and grateful to the person whom God had used to bring back the wallet.
Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your ministry. We have been attending Grace Revolution Church since it started and have grown so much with your teachings.
