I received Jesus Christ as my Savior at a very young age and grew up in a born-again home. When I was 19 and in college, I suddenly developed anaphylaxis when I was exposed to the chemicals used on cadavers in my anatomy and physiology class.

During the first episode of an allergic reaction, my face became unrecognizable. Within 10 minutes of exposure, my face and body swelled up and my throat started closing until I could not breathe. I was told it was the most severe reaction that the ER doctor had seen in her 30 years of practice.

The doctor recommended I drop out of the class because of the risk to my health. This meant I could not pursue a career in the medical field. But I decided to risk my health by continuing to take the class even though I was very scared. I would try as much as I can to learn but would leave the class early because I felt I couldn't breathe with the fumes and I did not want to get another reaction by continuing to stay in class. Later, I also started getting allergic reactions for other unknown reasons.

The allergy limited my life because I could not touch or eat things without fear that I would have a severe reaction. The thought of this allergy was constantly on my mind throughout the day.

I started listening to Joseph Prince Ministries on TV. For the first time in my life, I heard of the grace of Jesus Christ. I started receiving Communion — up to 6 times a day. Each time, I imagined Jesus on the cross in my place, with all the swelling, hives, and breathing difficulties. I’m so grateful that because Jesus loves me, He was beaten, scourged, died for all my sins and paid for my healing from every sickness.

I watched the Power of Right Believing Tour 2013 videos multiple times every day and joined in the worship as well as partook of the Communion. One night, I was with my mother, and while Joseph Prince was praying in tongues and worshipping on the TV, I felt an extreme heat and light go through my body starting at the top of my head. I knew the Holy Spirit healed me supernaturally at that moment.

After that night, I never had anaphylaxis again, and my health became better than before. I am now 28, a nurse, and am getting my Master's in Nursing. God has restored me fully and healed me. Thank You, Jesus, for delivering me!
