No More Muddled Mind After Listening to Sermon
We moved from Wisconsin to South Dakota in December. It was a very busy season trying to set up a home, getting ready for Christmas, preparing for the new year, and celebrating my husband’s birthday. During those weeks, I sensed a dark cloud muddling my brain, and I began to sleep and sleep.
My daughter thought it was because of all the work of packing, loading, driving, and finding a home. But the dark cloud and lack of motivation to set up my study or painting area told me it was more. I don’t know what sermon was on, but I heard Pastor Prince describe my situation and say, “That’s a spirit of death.”
I said no, bound that spirit, and declared the Word: “Jesus came to give me life, and I receive life. The law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death.” I went on to receive Communion from Jesus.
In February, I found Pastor Prince’s teaching on Healing and Restoration for Your Mind. As I listened, revelation after revelation came. When Pastor Prince prayed and mentioned the anointing of the Holy Spirit that is refreshing like the wind, I felt the wind come and sweep across me.
I’d never experienced that before and wondered if it was real. When he said, “There it is again,” I felt the wind blow across me even stronger, and there was no doubt. Most importantly, the Holy Spirit swept away the dark cloud and filled me with joy, love, and life. I was so free. I told my husband that I got “born again, again.” That’s what we tell each other when there is a sudden deep freedom or great light of the Word that produces a sudden change in us.
A few days later, I was looking up words in my Strong’s Concordance and realized it was so much easier to look at and remember the numbers and words. My mind was so clear! I could think and meditate on the Word more easily, clearly, and soundly. I have the mind of Christ—an anointed mind!
Thank you, Pastor Prince. Your obedience has brought me back to the land of the living from the brink of death. HALLELUJAH.
