Passed Exams After Declaring Rhema Word
I am a final-year medical student. Some time ago, I sat for my first block of exams and requested prayer from JPM.
One of my exams was clinical, where external examiners assessed us. The exam did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I left the exam feeling disappointed, and at times, thoughts of all the mistakes I made would come to mind. I was not even sure if I had passed the exam. Despite feeling this way, I surrendered the exam into the Lord’s hands.
One day, I was watching a special Joseph Prince program in which he mentioned 5 words of grace we should declare when facing a battle or difficulty: “The battle is the Lord’s.” He also said that, like King Jehoshaphat, we should keep our eyes on Jesus. He reminded us that “the Lord will fight for you” and that we only need to rest.
That was a rhema word for me. I took comfort in knowing the Lord knew what I needed and that He spoke to me through Pastor Prince. I began to declare those grace words whenever worry or regret came, and I thanked the Lord that I already had the victory over the exams and had passed them.
I am thrilled to report that I have received my results, and I passed my exams. Hallelujah! All glory, praise, and honor to our lovely Lord Jesus, who fought the battle for me and gave me the victory. Thank you, Pastor Joseph Prince, for following the flow of the Holy Spirit.
