Two days ago, I sent in a prayer request to have a good night’s sleep. I was feeling so anxious and hopeless about a certain situation that I just wanted to scream.

After a few minutes, I started feeling better. I began to feel sleepy and felt such comfort. I slept soundly and awoke in the morning with joy!
