University Grades Improved, Qualified For Scholarship

I was quite weak in my studies and could barely pass some of my subjects. So it was a miracle that I could complete high school and even get into one of the top government universities in my city.

I read Pastor Prince’s book, Destined To Reign, at about the time I got into the university. After reading the book, I started listening to his sermons and watching his broadcasts on God TV.

In my first year at university, I achieved only a 60 percent passing score even though I had worked hard. I kept feeding on the Word of God. I realized that it was important for me to depend fully on God and His Word, regardless of how hard I studied or how well I knew my subjects. I also made sure I prayed before I sat for my examinations. I achieved a passing score of 71 percent. I continued to feed on God’s Word and partake of the Holy Communion daily. The following semester, I had a passing score of 71 percent again.

I am currently in my third year of graduate studies. By God’s grace, I have made it onto the merit list which qualifies me for a scholarship.

I am so grateful to the Lord Jesus who has qualified me for every good blessing. I am now enjoying my righteousness in Christ, who is central in my life. It’s all about Jesus and not me!
